For municipalities

Keeping the contact centre reachable, even while the vacancy stays open

Demand grows, staffing does not. The agent answers the predictable questions, transfers to the right team and absorbs the peaks.

What we record
Talk now runs on one network, from one provider. No recordings are made and no conversation history is kept; no diagnostic reports leave your browser either. After the call the agent does write a short report: who you are, what your question was about, what you asked and what was discussed, in its own words and never verbatim, so we can follow up; it says so during the call and leaves it out if you prefer. What is logged technically for the connection itself falls under the data processing agreement. Get a call: your number is saved as a demo request in our CRM, we call you back and may follow up afterwards; details in our privacy policy.

What residents notice

The same morning after the notice, twice

Example: the five days after a property tax notice
queue your team day 1day 2day 3day 4day 5
  • Ends up in the queue today. The agent picks this up right away.
  • What your team handles itself

An example: on the left as it goes now, on the right with the agent in front.

  2. 09:20
    Today

Someone hangs up and files a complaint about reachability.

    With the agent in front

Question answered from your own information.

  3. 10:15
    Today

A benefits application is stuck in the queue.

    With the agent in front

Transferred warmly to the right colleague.

  4. 11:40
    Today

A resident who speaks no Dutch gives up.

    With the agent in front

Conversation held in the resident's own language.

Your staff keep time for residents who really need help.

For every resident
  • Multilingual. The agent switches language per caller, so residents who do not speak Dutch are helped immediately too.
  • Patient, even at the peak. The agent answers immediately, speaks calmly and repeats as often as needed.
  • People remain reachable. Anyone who cannot get there with the agent, or asks for it, is transferred warmly to a member of staff. Channel guidance without channel coercion.

Frequently asked questions

What municipalities ask us

Does this have to go through a tender?

That depends on your threshold amounts and procurement policy. Thanks to the usage-based model and the clearly scoped setup, you often start small, for example as a pilot on one call flow. We supply the documentation your procurement team needs.

What will the municipal council think of this?

Transparency helps: the agent is recognisably AI, residents always keep a route to a human and you report every month what the agent resolves. We supply that report.

Does it work with our systems?

Case management and appointment systems are not in our integration library. What can and may be connected we assess during intake with your IT team; where needed we build it bespoke, with a quote up front. Starting without an integration is also possible, with a daily handover. See the integrations page for what is included as standard.

What does it cost?

Per call minute, including telecom costs, plus one clearly scoped setup per agent. No annual contract; cancel monthly.
