Who we are

Prompt Telecom is the AI Voice division of TelecomTAG B.V. and is operated by the general partnership Prompt Telecom AI, located at Gerard Philipslaan 357, 5616 TT Eindhoven, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42080610 and known under VAT number NL864296549B01. Prompt Telecom is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

Which data we process

This website only collects data that you actively leave yourself:

• Callback requests: your phone number, plus the page on which you completed the form, the page you came from and the campaign labels you arrived with. We use this data to call you back and to follow up on your request. We record it in our customer system and do not sell it. If you would rather we did not keep your data, let us know and we will delete it.
• Calling an agent: if you call an agent on +31 40 240 8078 or on a demo number, your phone number can be stored in our customer system together with the short report of the call, so we can follow up on your question.
• Booking a demo: your name, organisation and email address and, if you fill them in, your phone number and your question, plus the page and the campaign labels you arrived with. We send you a calendar invitation and record the appointment in our customer system.
• Contact: the details you share through the contact form or when you email us.

We only collect data about your visit to the site if you consent to it; see Cookies.

The talk-now demo

On this website you can talk to a demo agent in your browser. Your voice or text then goes directly to the infrastructure our agents run on, which processes the conversation; we receive no recording and no transcript. The demo agents are configured to make no recordings, keep no conversation history and send no diagnostic reports from your browser. After the call the agent does write a short report: who you are, what your question was about, what you asked and what was discussed, in its own words and never verbatim, so we can follow up; it says so during the call and leaves it out if you prefer. Demo agent Sam (housing association) records the type and topic of your report on a demo dashboard, without name, phone number or address; those rows are deleted after 24 hours. Whatever is recorded for the technical operation of the connection itself falls under the data processing agreement we conclude with our sub-processors. Feel free to use made-up details; the agent says at the start that it is a demonstration. Which parties carry out the processing and where it takes place is stated in the data processing agreement we enter into with clients, and we share it on request.

For what purpose and how long

We process this data to carry out your request (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual stage) and to contact you about your request (legal basis: legitimate interest). We keep request data for a maximum of twelve months after the last contact; if it leads to a customer relationship, then for as long as that relationship lasts.

Where your data is stored

Request data and conversation reports are kept in our CRM and our mail environment. Conversations with an agent go through the infrastructure our agents run on: storage in the EU, telephony from Amsterdam. The language model and speech recognition may also process a conversation outside the EU, including in the United States; for what is processed there, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply. Which speech and language models we choose per agent and where they run is laid down per client in the data processing agreement. We enter into a data processing agreement with parties that process data on our behalf. We do not sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us via info@prompttelecom.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

Without your consent this website places no cookies and your browser does not connect to Google. Fonts load from this website itself.

With your consent we use Google Analytics to see which pages and campaigns work, and we measure whether an ad of ours leads to a request. Google Analytics then places the cookies _ga and _ga_1PXQVGE5WN (valid for up to two years), and for ad measurement _gcl_au (90 days). Google Analytics does not store your IP address, Google signals are switched off and we do not use the data to show you personalised ads. Report data is kept for fourteen months. Google Ireland Limited processes the data on our behalf under Google's data processing terms; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent.

We keep your choice for twelve months in your own browser, not in a cookie. You can change or withdraw it at any time via Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we remove the Google cookies from your device.

Visitor statistics

To see which pages are being read we use Plausible Analytics, a European service that works without cookies and without personal data. No profile is built, you are not recognised on a subsequent visit and data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. We only see aggregated figures: how many people visited a page, which source they came from, which country they came from and which type of device they used. Because no personal data is processed and nothing is stored on your device, no consent is required for this, and Plausible still counts your visit if you decline Google Analytics. The measurement runs on European servers.

If you would rather not be counted, an ad blocker or a tracking blocker in your browser will do the job: the script is not loaded and nothing is counted.
