Who we are

Prompt Telecom is the AI Voice division of TelecomTAG B.V. and is operated by the general partnership Prompt Telecom AI, located at Gerard Philipslaan 357, 5616 TT Eindhoven, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42080610 and known under VAT number NL864296549B01. Prompt Telecom is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

Which data we process

This website only collects data that you actively leave yourself:

• Demo call requests: your name and phone number, plus the page on which you completed the form. We use this data to call you back and to follow up on your request. We record it in our customer system and do not sell it. If you would rather we did not keep your data, let us know and we will delete it.
• Contact: the details you share when you book a call with us or email us.

We do not collect data about your browsing behaviour and do not use tracking or advertising services.

For what purpose and how long

We process this data to carry out your request (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual stage) and to contact you about your request (legal basis: legitimate interest). We keep request data for a maximum of twelve months after the last contact; if it leads to a customer relationship, then for as long as that relationship lasts.

Where your data is stored

Conversations and data are hosted and processed within the EU. We enter into a data processing agreement with parties that process data on our behalf. We do not sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us via info@prompttelecom.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This website places no cookies: no tracking, no advertising and no preferences stored on your device. That is why you will not see a cookie banner either. Fonts load from our own server, so your visit sends no data to external parties.

Visitor statistics

To see which pages are being read we use Plausible Analytics, a European service that works without cookies and without personal data. No profile is built, you are not recognised on a subsequent visit and data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. We only see aggregated figures: how many people visited a page, which source they came from, which country they came from and which type of device they used. Because no personal data is processed and nothing is stored on your device, no consent is required for this. The measurement runs on servers within the EU.

If you would rather not be counted at all, you can enable the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser or use an ad blocker; both are respected.
