Prompt Telecom is built on a simple observation: voice AI came of age, but nobody delivered it the way telecom should work. Reliable, from a single provider, without restrictive contracts.
Why we build this
Prompt Telecom is the AI Voice division of TelecomTAG, a Dutch telecom company that has been delivering telephony to organisations for over 28 years. We saw two things happening at our customers at the same time: the pressure on telephone reachability kept growing, and voice AI finally became good enough to do real work.
What we also saw: a market full of providers stacking an AI layer on someone else's platform on someone else's telephony, sold with an annual contract. We do it differently. The telephony is ours, we build and manage the agent, and you pay per minute. One party you can hold to account, and one that has to earn your business again every month.
