What tenants notice
An example: on the left as it goes now, on the right with the agent in front.
Fourteen tenants on hold.
Fourteen calls, all answered right away.
A tenant hangs up after six minutes of waiting.
Repair logged, appointment confirmed.
The third call asking when the engineer is coming.
Status answered from your own system, with an integration.
A leak is queued behind eleven status questions.
Leak recognised as urgent and passed straight on.
Your team keeps the conversations where attention makes the difference.
What the agent does
Answered by the agent, even when everyone calls at once.
What is broken, where, and since when.
Gas, a leak, or no heating during frost.
The report lands in your system, or in the daily handover.
The tenant hears the appointment or the next step.
And when the call goes differently
No intake needed. With an integration, the agent reads the status from your system.
Answered even when the whole complex calls at once.
A call from a tenant
Phone or your website
The report as taken down, in your system, or in the daily handover.
The appointment with the tenant, in the engineer's calendar, or in the daily handover.
Gas, a leak or no heating during frost, passed on within the call.
Which integration is needed we assess during intake. Starting without one is possible, with a daily handover.
People remain the norm for anything sensitive. Rent arrears, nuisance, social issues: those are conversations for your staff. The agent recognises them and hands over warmly, with the context attached.
And if the agent cannot resolve it
After that the call automatically goes to your contact centre.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The agent introduces itself as an AI agent at the start of the call. If a tenant would rather speak to a staff member, it puts the call through, with the context attached, so nobody has to tell their story twice.
It recognises urgency from what the tenant says and follows your protocol, for example by putting the call straight through to your emergency repair service. It never decides on its own that something can wait: when in doubt, the call goes to a staff member.
For them, phoning remains the way in. There is no phone menu: the tenant says in their own words what is going on and the agent asks follow-up questions. It speaks Dutch and English and switches along when the tenant changes language.
No. It takes over the predictable work, such as taking down a repair request or giving a status update, so your team keeps time for tenants who need a person. Rent arrears, nuisance and personal circumstances stay with your staff.
If your system has an open integration, the agent creates the repair request, books the appointment or looks up the status itself during the call. If that integration is not there yet, you start without it: the agent records the report and your team receives a daily handover. We build a custom integration with a quote up front.
Storage in the EU, telephony from Amsterdam and a data processing agreement as standard. We agree with you in advance which data the agent may see and record. More on this on our security page.
You pay per call minute, including telecom costs, plus a one-time setup per agent. No annual contract, cancel monthly. You start with one type of call, for example repair requests outside office hours, and expand once that works.
