For healthcare organisations

Every patient answered. Without extra pressure on your people.

Your switchboard routes, confirms and answers all day. The agent absorbs that routine work and lets emergencies land with the right person.

What we record
Talk now runs on one network, from one provider. No recordings are made and no conversation history is kept; no diagnostic reports leave your browser either. After the call the agent does write a short report: who you are, what your question was about, what you asked and what was discussed, in its own words and never verbatim, so we can follow up; it says so during the call and leaves it out if you prefer. What is logged technically for the connection itself falls under the data processing agreement. Get a call: your number is saved as a demo request in our CRM, we call you back and may follow up afterwards; details in our privacy policy.

What patients notice

The same Monday morning, twice

Sample week, incoming calls per part of day
queue your switchboard montuewedthufri
  • Ends up in the queue today. The agent picks this up right away.
  • What your switchboard handles itself

An example: on the left as it goes now, on the right with the agent in front.

  1. 08:30
    Today

Twelve callers on hold before the clinic opens.

    With the agent in front

    Twelve calls answered and routed.

  2. 08:45
    Today

Someone gives up and will not show this afternoon.

    With the agent in front

Appointment confirmed, the slot stays filled.

  3. 09:10
    Today

The third call about the same preparation question.

    With the agent in front

Preparation read out from your own instructions.

  4. 09:25
    Today

An urgent question is queued behind nine routine ones.

    With the agent in front

Emergency recognised and passed straight to the right department.

Your switchboard keeps the conversations where care belongs.

What the agent does

From call to the right place

  1. 1

    Answers

Answered by the agent, even during clinic hours and even when everyone calls at once.

  2. 2

    Asks

What the caller needs, in plain language.

  3. straight to the right department 3

    Recognises urgency

Emergency signals according to your own protocol.

  4. 4

    Resolves

An appointment, a repeat question or a transfer.

  5. 5

    Logs it

The outcome and the callback request in your system, or in the daily handover.

And when the call goes differently

A likely no-show

The agent calls ahead to confirm or move the appointment.

Peak after a letter or broadcast

Answered even when everyone calls at once after a letter or a broadcast.

  • Your emergency protocol

The EHR is not in our integration library: what can and may be connected we assess with IT and the data protection officer during intake.

In healthcare, caution comes first
  • Medical questions go to people. The agent does not answer clinical questions; it recognises them and hands over warmly. When in doubt, it hands over.
  • Emergencies take priority. Emergency signals are recognised and passed on immediately according to your protocol.
  • Set up in line with the GDPR. Storage in the EU, telephony from Amsterdam, a data processing agreement as standard, and for each use case we record which data the agent may and may not process. The agent tells the caller in the first sentence that they are speaking with AI.
  • Together with your information management. We design the deployment together with IT and the data protection officer, not around them.

Frequently asked questions

What healthcare organisations ask us

Is this allowed with patient data?

We set up every use case in line with the GDPR: data minimisation, storage in the EU, telephony from Amsterdam, a data processing agreement as standard and agreements on what the agent does and does not record. Your data protection officer simply joins the intake.

What if the AI is asked something medical?

Then it hands over. The agent is there for logistics and reachability, not for clinical content. We build that boundary in hard and test it explicitly.

We are waiting for our EHR vendor.

Understandable, but that can take a long time. Our agent runs alongside your systems and can start without an integration if necessary. If your vendor does build it later, you will have had months of better reachability in the meantime.

What does it cost?

Per call minute, including telecom costs, plus one clearly scoped setup per agent. No annual contract; cancel monthly.
